| Position Requirement: |
Responsibilities: Conduct category and SKU performance trend and analysis, and market and benchmark analysis to anticipate future product needs. Highlight and take actions on slow moving and best SKU considering markdowns, inter-branch transfers, promotions or clear outs etc. Monitor daily order / sales status, and manage stock / order control to each outlet by working closely with sales team and shops Support all the planning activities including assortment, allocation and distribution Prepare sales reports, sales performance analysis, inventory control analysis and merchandising forecasts Develop various strategies for improvement of store ambience and display for various products based on product performance and trends. Work with marketing team and retail operations to prepare and handle relevant POS materials Ensure the display space available, work within a budget and meet deadlines. Liaise with sales team and shops to ensure a consistent product presentation in a timely manner Prepare visual merchandising guidelines and brief staff on arranging display.
Requirements: Diploma or Degree holder in visual merchandising or related disciplines 2 years’ relevant experience in merchandising field or SKU control Knowledge of current visual merchandising trends and best practices Exposure to work in a fast paced environment, such as retail, FMCG chain stores will be an advantage Strong numerical sense, with excellent analytical, coordination and interpersonal skills Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing Creative and innovative thinker Interested
